As for the algorithms - we change these frequently, but for a 10 in accessibility you basically want to comply with the W3C (xhtml or html).</description>

		<description>Well, as I don&#039;t know their algos (and I guess they won&#039;t make all of those infos public) I&#039;m just guessing here, but I think you get a 10.0 in accessibility as soon as your site is in valid (x)html - I came to that conclusion as my site had a 10.0 right away (valid xhtml here) and had dropped as soon as it wasn&#039;t validating again (due to some testing with different stuff). I guess that makes sense at least a little although I&#039;m not sure whether my site (and many others) would pass the test of different accessibility test/validations.</description>
